What RelayMRL Is

RelayMRL is a multi-model AI reasoning platform. You ask a question, and multiple AI models collaborate to help you think through it. We are operated by RelayMRL and can be reached at support@relaymrl.com.

What We Collect

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile image from Google Sign-In.
• Conversations: The messages you send and the AI responses you receive. These are stored to maintain your conversation history.
• Voice input: Voice input is processed by OpenAI for transcription and prompt cleanup. RelayMRL does not store the audio. The resulting text is placed in your composer for review before you send it.
• Uploaded files: Images and documents you upload are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 for processing.
• Connected context: If you connect GitHub, we process repository metadata and selected repository context so models can answer with that context.
• Usage data: Which features you use, how often, and which AI models you interact with. This helps us improve the product.
• Progress signals: Metadata-only records such as when an answer is relayed, copied, compared, synthesized, exported, or marked useful/not useful. These records help us understand what workflows are valuable.
• Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the RelayMRL service — routing your questions to AI models and returning responses.
• To maintain your conversation history and thread persistence.
• To load connected context, such as GitHub repository context, when you ask RelayMRL to use it.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns and progress-signal metadata.
• To detect and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

Your data is shared with the following services to provide the product:

• OpenRouter / OpenAI / Anthropic / Perplexity / xAI / Google: Your messages and selected context may be sent to AI model providers to generate responses. Each provider has its own data handling policies.
• Google: For authentication via Google Sign-In.
• GitHub: For optional repository connection and repository context access.
• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Cloudflare R2: For file storage.
• Neon: For database hosting.
• Vercel: For application hosting.
• Google Gemini: For generating text embeddings used in the memory system.

Progress Signals and Research Consent

RelayMRL may collect product analytics and metadata-only progress signals, such as whether a response was relayed, copied, compared, synthesized, exported, or marked useful. By default, these signals are used for product analytics. If you opt into anonymized research, we may use these metadata signals to study multi-model reasoning workflows. We do not use private conversation content for commercial datasets without separate explicit consent.

Data Storage and Security

Your conversation data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon. Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

• Access: You can view your conversation history within the app.
• Deletion: You can delete individual threads within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at support@relaymrl.com.
• Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data.
• Opt out: You can stop using the service at any time. If you have a paid subscription, you can cancel through the Manage Subscription link in the app.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Children

RelayMRL is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
