Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using RelayMRL, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What RelayMRL Does

RelayMRL is a multi-model AI reasoning platform. It sends your questions and selected context to multiple AI models and presents their collaborative responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

3. Accounts

• You need a Google account to use RelayMRL.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RelayMRL for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing restrictions, or security measures.
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Connect repositories, files, or accounts that you do not have permission to use.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
• Resell access to RelayMRL or use it to build a competing product.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Always verify important information.
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
• RelayMRL is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
• Your conversations and selected context may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing.

6. Paid Plans

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at collocateco@gmail.com.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Free tier usage limits may change without notice.

7. Your Content

• You own the content you submit to RelayMRL.
• You grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.
• You can delete your content at any time through the app or by contacting us.

8. Product Analytics and Progress Signals

RelayMRL may collect metadata about product usage and workflow progress, such as relays, comparisons, synthesis requests, exports, and useful/not useful marks. These signals help us improve the product. Private conversation content is not licensed for commercial datasets unless you separately and explicitly consent.

9. Mobile App License

If you download RelayMRL from the Apple App Store and we do not provide a custom end user license agreement in App Store Connect, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies to the app license. These Terms still govern your RelayMRL account, service usage, subscriptions, AI outputs, and data handling.

10. Code Execution (Beta)

RelayMRL may offer code generation and execution features. These features are provided as-is and in beta. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and deploying any code generated through the platform. We are not liable for any damages resulting from generated or executed code.

11. Limitation of Liability

RelayMRL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
